Promoting African entrepreneurship through innovation
We Help Entrepreneurs
Our aim is to provide the advice, tools and funding to allow entrepreneurs to start and grow successful businesses across Africa, with a particular interest in innovation and change. Whilst aid is a useful tool, it does little to alleviate the problems facing Africa in the long term. PAICA provides Africans with the knowledge and resources to build businesses that sustainably resolve the issues plaguing them on a daily basis. This reduces unemployment and poverty whilst combating social issues, which in turn, provides an economic springboard from which to invest in education, agriculture and more!
As the old saying goes... Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll never go hungry.

Learning From Failure
Why do some businesses seem to constantly fail, whilst others seem to find success at every turn? In this free entrepreneurial short course, we explain how and why businesses fail, how to avoid and mitigate your failures, and how you can benefit from them.
Constructing a Business Model
A business model is a plan for how a business competes, uses its resources, structures its relationship, communicates with customers, creates value and generates profits. Without one, you are unlikely to communicate your business logic effectively!
Developing a Winning Business Plan
A business plan is a road map for the entrepreneur, and a great marketing and communications tool. It has become so vital that most financial institutions (banks, venture capitalists, angel investors, etc) will not loan funds without a detailed business plan.
